Q: Will RAD work for me?
A: While RAD works with
most systems and configurations there is no way of
guaranteeing compatibility 100%.
Q: Is it secure?
A: Yes! RAD's connection
is 128bit SSL encrypted. Once disconnected we cannot
re-establish a connection to your computer without your
permission.
Q: Am I charged if you cannot connect
to my computer?
A: No, If for any
reason we are unable to connect to and access your system
for diagnostics or to make changes your system, you will not
be charged!
Q: What guarantee is there that
you will be able to fix my computer?
A: Unfortunately, due to the
many variables, there are no 100% guarantees. However,
we will make every effort possible to do so. Remember,
over 90% of all computer related problems are settings,
virus's or software related. We want you to be a happy
customer! After all, it's not likely that you will
tell your friends and family if your not happy with us now
is it?
